The KEYS Community Healing Village is a dedicated physical space in Baltimore where community members can access behavioral health services, youth programming, workforce development, and creative education — all under one roof.
This isn't just a building. It's a proof of concept. Evidence that communities can build their own healing infrastructure when led by people who actually live the work.
The Village will serve as the permanent home base for KEYS Empowers programs — bringing consistency, dignity, and access to the people who need it most.
Phase 1 — Completed
Community needs assessment complete. Site identified. Initial design plans approved.
Phase 2 — Completed
All permits secured. Foundation work complete. Structural framing underway.
Phase 3 — In Progress
Active interior buildout. Program spaces, wellness rooms, and community areas taking shape.
Phase 4 — Upcoming
Electrical, HVAC, plumbing, ADA compliance, and final interior finishing.
Phase 5 — Upcoming
Community ribbon cutting. Program launch. The Village opens its doors to Baltimore.

Our spring cohort kicked off with 24 young people from across Baltimore's neighborhoods.

We've formalized partnerships with 12 new Baltimore City schools to bring programs directly inside.
