Our Mission

KEYS Empowers exists to remove barriers that prevent children, families and communities from showing up and thriving. We provide behavioral health supports, youth development, workforce exposure, creative education, and stability services.

We address the gap between human potential and real opportunity. Systems often provide services without connection, information without mentorship, and support without a pathway forward. Empowers closes that gap.

Our Vision

A Baltimore — and ultimately a world — where every person has the access, support, and opportunity to heal, grow, and lead.

We see community not as a problem to solve, but as a power to unlock. Our work isn't done when services are delivered. It's done when people no longer need us because they've built their own capacity.
